Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Terms

MOAIPLAY provides warranty services for first-time private end customers (consumers) who purchase products directly from MOAIPLAY or authorized dealers.
- The warranty period varies by product model and category. Please refer to the product packaging or our official website for details.
- Complete your product registration at https://www.moaiplay.net to receive full after-sales support.
- This warranty covers defects in functionality, materials, or workmanship under normal use conditions.
- The warranty is non-transferable.
- Repairs or replacements do not extend or reset the original warranty period.

2. Warranty Services

If a product defect occurs within the warranty period, MOAIPLAY may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product free of charge
- Replace the product with one of equivalent specifications or value
- Provide a refurbished unit of equal functionality

Note: Replacement units may contain functionally equivalent refurbished components. Replaced parts become MOAIPLAY property, while replacement parts become the customer's property.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service:
1. Prepare your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
2. Ensure the product serial number is intact and legible.
3. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transport.

For defective power supplies, only return the main unit — do not include cables, accessories, or packaging, as they will not be returned.
